Pledges
1. Work with residents, RBKC, Housing Associations and our MP to ensure all tenants live in safe, secure & healthy homes.
2. Support resident groups in engaging with RBKC, the GLA and Ballymore, to ensure they listen to your concerns about developing Kensal Canalside.
3. Secure safer, cleaner streets by ensuring RBKC listens, when residents report speeding and fly-tipping hotspots.
4. Be open, accessible and responsive to all Dalgarno residents, including regularly meeting community groups.
Alex Porter
I was born here, so I’m clear eyed about the issues we face and the work needed to address them. Professionally, I’ve worked with councils, frontline workers, and schools, to ensure kids from disadvantaged backgrounds can thrive. I know what can be achieved when someone listens and then takes action.
Abdullahi Nur
I’ve lived in Dalgarno for 27 years. I’ve worked with schools, community partners and youth services to tackle antisocial behaviour, keep young people in schools and demand support for children with SEND. I’m committed to defending our most vulnerable residents and fighting for a safer, fairer and more resilient community.
